When we started thinking about creating a kids’ Sunday school curriculum, we began with prayer and a question: What outcome do we hope for? And the answer was simple: We want kids to know, love, and follow Jesus. That goal became the foundation of God’s Kids, and you can learn more about our philosophy here.
God’s Kids is a three-year kids’ ministry curriculum for preschool and elementary kids. The curriculum includes everything you need within the platform to equip volunteers and leaders for teaching. Each lesson includes a teaching video, Bible story video, lesson slides, and optional engagement activities. With your God’s Kids subscription, every family in your ministry can also access the RightNow Kids app, which keeps parents engaged with discussion prompts and thoughtful questions.
Each lesson features a kid-friendly main idea and points back to one of three pillars: God’s Story, God’s Character, and God’s Family. The curriculum also includes four-week Christmas and Easter lessons, as well as two-week standalone lessons to fill any gaps for each year.
The curriculum is designed for preschool and elementary kids. While each lesson shares the same Big Idea, preschool and elementary lessons and activities are structured to be engaging, easy to understand, and age-appropriate for each group. Elementary lessons also include different questions for older kids and younger kids, so you can pick and choose which questions fit your class’s needs.
